Thanks for the information and I’m glad all of that works for you.

For me personally, I have had amazing results from the sodium bicarbonate treatment along with hi doses of Vitamin C at the first symptoms of any cold or flu symptoms. Its a lot cheaper too. I have nipped the colds and flu in the bud about 5 times in the past 2 years just with the bicarbonate and Vit. C. (along with magnesium and iodine which I supplement daily with)

In short, I developed a treatment protocol to get rid of the common flu in 24 hours (instead of a week). Whether it would work for the less common varieties is unknown.

It’s obvious that the Ukraine has been the victim of sabotage, but vaccines are not the way to go. Probably it was big pharma that poisoned the well. The only efficacious regimen is to alkalize and detoxify with the use of mineral supplements (including sea minerals, ionic crystal salts, mined minerals, baking soda, MMS, ionizers, etc.) and the consumption of abundant plant antioxidants (spirulina, chlorella, seaweed, grape seed extract, etc.) together with 5000I.U. of vit.D3 daily and the usual vitamin supplements.

Some folks swear that having inexpensive MMS (MiracleMineralSolution) on hand is a good defense against infections. See their web site where to obtain and how to use. I seem to have stopped a sore throat and head cold in its tracks by taking this at first sign of symptoms. I also made a solution in a spray bottle and cleaned surfaces of the house.

The idea of using a nebulizer sounds good. I read somewhere that iodine was sprayed in classrooms many years ago to ward off illnesses. The question I have is how many drops of 5% Lugol’s solution per liter (or mg/l)is required for adequate protection? Also, if one were to add magnesium and baking soda, what dosage is recommended?
