Some folks swear that having inexpensive MMS (MiracleMineralSolution) on hand is a good defense against infections. See their web site where to obtain and how to use. The idea of using a nebulizer sounds good. I read somewhere that iodine was sprayed in classrooms many years ago to ward off illnesses. The question I have is how many drops of 5% Lugol’s solution per liter (or mg/l)is required for adequate protection? Also, if one were to add magnesium and baking soda, what dosage is recommended?
