Hello Glenice,

Your name sounds so familiar to me - I'm on the Sunshine Coast.
I notice it is three months since you posted your message ..... you may have already taken some action. I'd love to speak with you on this Holy of Holies ...... my journeys some years ago were in Brazil, with a Columbian Ayahuasquero. I also went to Colombia and Peru. I feel so blessed to have experienced Aya with this Shaman, and would never dream of taking the sacrament without a shaman. It was Heart of the Initiate who took me on the physical journey - superb! They stopped taking people on these journeys for some years, but I think they have started again.....
How do I begin to describe the greatest experience of my life? (and I had already had several "spontaneous" cosmic experiences since early childhood). We had to prepare for the inner journey weeks in advance - Aya rewarded me with direct knowledge beyond my wildest dreams. There is so much to tell .... I cannot speak here in public. I love this being, and the beings who work with it. I am so grateful.

Therese,
I too wake most every morning at "3 am -ish". After reading Dr. Sircus' writings, and then yours, the movie "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" comes to mind. I'm left wondering if all of us "3 am'ers" are being drawn to Sanctuary just as Richard Dreyfus was drawn to the location he represented in his sculpture of mashed potatoes.
Recently I have gravitated with ever increasing frequency to Dr. Sircus' website. And though I only found the reference to Sanctuary for the first time tonight, I am drawn to it. Perhaps our paths will someday cross. Hopefully it won't require a planetary alignment!

Impossible to fathom - it's beyond the mind - this grace that transports us. Only our transmutation shall save us on this planet, and only due to cosmic evolution beyond the limited self. We're stuck, can go further only thru total loving transfigurative grace. The 6th epic of human kind - shall we succeed and surpass our shortcomings -or succumb once again - the great experiment failed? All this has already unfolded within our own human hearts, also the heart of the One Divine.

hello Dr. Sircus,

I received your reply and am happy to see that you are very responsive. I hadn't seen this entry point after reading the above statement and I just wanted to place a quick note here to let you know I've read the above requests. I'll be back in a few days. I did create a Gravatar but can't figure out how to get it on this page - I'll work on that too.
Grateful As Always -

I can't sleep longer than 3-4 hours a night. I wake up at 3am -ish each morning. As I am a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and wholistic nutrition I see several people with the same complaint. I have been looking for a deeper reason/purpose? to this concern, so wandered out to the computer to begin a survey and perhaps start up a "group connect to consciousness" to put this middle of the night wakefulness to some good use - eg group meditation (remotely) to aid others in distress.
I was therfore quite delighted to come across your website. It has given more credence to my thoughts, ideas, plans.

Thank you

Carole...your story is truly inspiring. The unconditional love of animals should be a eye-opening experience. My daughter opened my eyes when she brought home a stray kitten. We were able to enjoy her for 13 with his years true love attitude. You are an inspiration don’t ever forget that.

After reading One Man's Journey with Ayahuasca and Cancer I must say it has changed my sceptical mind to a realization that this vine is indeed a holy plant. However, is it being treated as such? For it is becoming the "trendy thing to do for spiritual seekers and others, and that is what put me off.

Here in Western Australia Ayahuasca is illegal and it is jail if you are caught, but it is available as many travellers are somehow bringing it in. However there does not seem to be any ritual to drinking the vine as highy recommended on some sites, and I wonder if the ritual is a necessary part of the Ayahuasca experience for positive results. On my recent trip to USA Ayahuasca was readily available and 3,4 & 5 day retreats were organised by Western and South American Shamans for a very high price $3000-$5000US. Here in Perth you can be invited to attend a once a week drink of the vine at a price of about $200.00.- $400 AUS.

I am interested to experience this Holy vine but it would need to be a Holy experience and in the company of a Holy man such as a reputable Shaman whose heart is for the highest good of everyone taking part and whose intent is for that, not a money making venture although of course all costs and payment for his time is appropriate.

On some sites plants here in Australia are recommended to do the same thing?!

My discernment in finding an honest and integral soul with whom I can take part in Ayahuasca with is of importance to me, such a plant cannot be misused and I wish to be with other integral people of honest heart and good knowledge of this vine and its purpose only for our highest spiritual, physical and mental health. That is of my utmost concern or am I being petty......

I am considering a trip to South America this year, how do I find the true Shaman with whom I can trust in the Ayahuasca experience. Or should I just stay here and sip the vine Friday evenings and take the consequences no matter what. Is Ayahuasca that safe?
